Online appointment availability is subject to change. An appointment is not confirmed until confirmation is provided through Beautification Med Spa or its authorized booking platform. Online booking and client-management functions may be provided through Boulevard or another authorized service provider. Your use of those services may also be subject to the provider's applicable terms and privacy policy.

6. Prices, Promotions, Packages, and Memberships

Promotions may have separate eligibility requirements, purchase deadlines, redemption conditions, exclusions, or other terms.
