Cynthia Silorio's path into aesthetics began in nursing. After working as a medical-surgical registered nurse at Kaiser Permanente, she earned her Master of Science in Nursing from San Francisco State University and became a Family Nurse Practitioner. That next step opened the door to a career in aesthetic medicine that has now spanned 18 years.

Cynthia honed her clinical skills at prominent practices in San Ramon and Blackhawk and pursued training with aesthetic educators including Dr. Maurício de Maio and Dr. Steve Yoelin. She went on to become a lead aesthetic clinician in the Danville and Blackhawk area, building extensive experience with Botox, dermal fillers, and lip enhancement.

Patients have long valued the way Cynthia makes them feel during treatment. A practice announcement introducing her in 2015 recognized her "skillful hands, gentle touch and bedside manner" — qualities that remain central to the care she provides today.

Cynthia has also mentored and directly instructed other injectors on technique, patient assessment, treatment planning, and the judgment behind each decision. For her, a good result begins long before treatment: with listening, understanding facial balance, and building a plan around the individual.

That philosophy is at the heart of Beautification MedSpa, the practice Cynthia co-founded. She wants patients to feel heard and informed, whether they are considering their first aesthetic treatment or have been receiving care for years. Her approach is measured and personal, with the goal of refined, natural-looking results that still feel like you.

Cynthia brings years of clinical experience to each appointment, but she believes trust is earned one conversation at a time.

Adella Lacayo is a licensed esthetician with a genuine passion for skincare and a talent for making clients feel at ease. She believes that great results start with great communication — taking the time to understand each client's skin, concerns, and goals before recommending a path forward.

Her approach is rooted in personalized care and client education. Adella wants every person who sits in her chair to leave not only looking their best, but understanding why — and feeling confident in their own skin.

Adella is committed to growing her craft and staying current with the latest techniques and treatments. She finds deep satisfaction in building lasting relationships with her clients and being part of their skincare journey over time.

Outside the spa, Adella is a music lover with a soft spot for 90s and early 2000s sounds, a car enthusiast who enjoys a good car meet, and a creative spirit drawn to photography, content, thrifting, and anything with a little nostalgia to it.

Francis Evan Rivera brings a rare combination of clinical precision and genuine warmth to every patient interaction. As a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and specialized expertise in infusion therapy and vascular access, he approaches each session with the kind of care and attention to detail that puts even first-time patients completely at ease.

Francis believes wellness is about far more than how you look — it's about how you feel from the inside out. His background in nursing gives him a deep understanding of the body's needs, and he channels that knowledge into delivering IV hydration experiences that are not only effective, but genuinely restorative. Every drip is an opportunity to help someone feel recharged, refreshed, and ready.

Outside the spa, Francis stays grounded through an active lifestyle — playing basketball, swimming, and working out. He's equally at home enjoying great food and good company, and believes that balance in everyday life is the foundation of lasting well-being. Jennifer is a Licensed Esthetician with over five years of experience in the beauty industry and nearly two years specializing in skincare and esthetics. Her journey into aesthetics was driven by a deep belief that great skin care is deeply personal — that every client deserves a treatment plan built around their unique complexion, concerns, and goals.

She is passionate about creating an elevated, individualized experience for every person who sits in her chair. Jennifer takes the time to truly listen, assess, and connect — ensuring that each visit feels thoughtful, unhurried, and genuinely tailored to you.
